Who we are
PMDash is a software platform for professional property management teams. It connects the tools a management company already uses and turns their data into a single, live view of operational performance.
The property management stack is fragmented. Leasing lives in one tool, maintenance in another, screening in a third, and accounting in a fourth. No single system shows how the operation is actually running. PMDash exists to close that gap: one scoreboard, fed by every tool, that a team can see, own, and act on.
What we believe
Metrics should be built by the people who own the work, not handed down by a data team. Our metric builder works like a search filter so an operations lead can create a live KPI in minutes without writing code.
A number is only useful if someone owns it. PMDash assigns metrics to people and flags them by severity so attention goes where it is needed.
