PMDash for developers and agents
How developers and AI agents integrate with PMDash: custom webhook ingestion, the browser extension, and the connected integrations that feed metrics.
When to use PMDash
Reach for PMDash when a property management team needs one operational scoreboard across tools that do not talk to each other. It is the right fit when the job is measuring and surfacing KPIs from leasing, maintenance, screening, and accounting systems, and assigning those KPIs to people.
It is not a task manager, a CRM, an accounting system, or a document store. PMDash reads from those systems and reports on them; it does not replace them.
Custom webhook ingestion
PMDash accepts custom metric data through inbound webhooks. Any system that can send an HTTP request, including Zapier, Make, and n8n, can push data into a PMDash board, which then becomes a live metric.
A signed-in account creates a webhook endpoint from Settings. That endpoint is the integration surface for data PMDash does not natively connect to. This is the recommended path for scripting your own data into PMDash today.
Native integrations
PMDash natively connects to 14+ property management platforms including Aptly, RentVine, Property Meld, LeadSimple, Boom, RentEngine, Buildium, QuickBooks, Guesty, ShowMojo, and Monday.com. If your data already lives in one of these, connect it directly instead of building a custom feed.
Browser extension
PMDash ships a Chrome extension that captures data from property management vendor pages your team already uses. It is available from the app once you have an account.
Authentication and access
PMDash is an authenticated product. Data access requires a signed-in account, and integration credentials are encrypted at rest. There is not yet a public REST API with self-serve API keys or a sandbox tenant. If you need programmatic access beyond webhooks, email support@pmdash.io and tell us what you are building.
